What patcharc.io and the waitlist collect, and what they never do. The Patcharc product has its own policy, published before it opens.

Who we are

Patcharc operates patcharc.io and the waitlist. For anything on this page, write to support@patcharc.io.

This website

No cookies, no analytics script, no tracking pixels, and nothing loaded from another company: the fonts, the images and the one script come from patcharc.io itself, and the script only notices what is on your screen to start an animation.

When you arrive on a page, our server sends us one notification: the country Cloudflare reports, the site that linked you here, the page, and whether it is a phone or a computer. Never your IP address, and nothing about the visit is stored. The only cookie this site ever sets is one the site's owner places in their own browser so their own visits stay quiet; you never get one.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the page and keeps request counts without cookies. The demo video streams from our own media host, and only when you press play.

The waitlist

Join the waitlist opens a Google Form. It asks for your work email, company and role, which connectors you are waiting for, which plan fits you, which support tool and tracker you use, your biggest pain in one sentence, and whether you would run on your own AI key or ours. Google stores the answers for us, as our processor.

We use them for three things: to tell you when Patcharc opens, to tell you when a connector you asked for is built, and to count which connectors to build next. We do not sell them, share them or add you to anything else.

We keep them while the waitlist is doing those jobs, and delete them when it no longer is — or sooner, the day you ask.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how we use it: write to support@patcharc.io and we answer within a month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
