Money back in your first 14 days
If Patcharc has not opened a PR or filed a ticket for you in your first 14 days, your first payment comes back in full. Ask at support@patcharc.io.
There is no free trial: the open-source edition is the free way to try Patcharc, and this promise is the safety net for the hosted one.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is deleted — your data stays readable until you choose to delete the workspace.
Managed AI credits
A credit is spent only once the agent starts. A run that ends before that — at the setup clock, on a refused ticket, or when the balance is short — costs nothing, and a run lost to our own failure or a provider outage is refunded.
A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days if none of its credits has been used; used credits are not refunded.
How refunds are paid
Paddle, our merchant of record, issues every refund to the card or account you paid with. Prices exclude VAT, which Paddle adds where it applies.
